Connie is a creative strategy leader whose work sits at the intersection of storytelling, creator culture and platform innovation. As Director of Strategy at #paid, she leads a team dedicated to building creator-first strategies and narratives that help brands unlock meaningful connections and measurable growth. Her work centers on shaping compelling narratives, guiding cross-functional collaboration and helping clients achieve impactful outcomes through innovative creator marketing.

Before joining #paid, Connie served as a Creative Solutions Lead at TikTok Canada and was a founding member of the TikTok Creative Lab. In that role, she led national adoption of TikTok’s creative products and guided top advertisers in developing culturally resonant, creator-driven campaigns.

Previously, Connie led social strategy and digital marketing at Warner Music Canada, where she built platform programs for global artists and developed content collaborations with major cultural partners. Her earlier career includes editorial and branded content roles at Beatport and VICE, where she launched the Canadian edition of THUMP and helped shape its cultural voice within electronic music and youth media.
